Our Guarantee

Danielle's Dahlias is pleased that you have chosen to order from us. Our dahlias
are guaranteed to have live eyes and, to the best of our knowledge, be true to
name.

In case of incorrect identification or failure, replacement will be cheerfully sent the following growing season. Any loss or failure must be reported by November 1st of the same year. No cash refunds, and we are liable only for the lost tuber. We are not responsible for individual planting errors or rodent damage.

When your dahlias arrive, inspect the tubers. Errors must be reported within 10 business days. Guarantee is valid for current growing season only.

Shipping and Handling

Orders will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, beginning March 1st--
depending on the area to which the dahlias are being shipped. No orders will be accepted after May 15 of current growing season. Orders are prioritized in the order they
are received. All orders are subject to availability.

Payments

Danielle's Dahlias accepts checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard.
Payment is due with your order; no CODs will be accepted.
